About Us We
currently manage several hundred single family dwellings, duplexes
and apartment units in the metropolitan Kansas City area. We
have managed stand—alone commercial buildings and shopping
centers throughout Western Missouri and Eastern Kansas. We
have been in business since 1978. Our only business is the
management, leasing and maintenance of real estate.
Donna
Ronson, Co—Owner
Donna has owned and managed residential real estate
on a part—time basis from 1985 to 1998, while
working full time as a property / casualty / life
insurance agent. She has worked full time with Ronson
Real Estate Services since 1998, focusing her efforts
on the maintenance and personnel side of the business.
Her Business Degree is from Baker University.
Lee Ronson, Founder
Lee has been a real estate investor since 1972. He managed
real estate as an avocation until 1978, when friends and clients
convinced him to expand his area of activity and manage
on a full—time basis. Prior to that time, Lee spent
seven years in commercial banking and twelve years as a financial
analyst developing Financial Data Processing Applications and
Management Information Systems for corporations such as Eastman
Kodak and Proctor & Gamble. He holds a Bachelors Degree
in Finance from the University of Missouri at Columbia and
an M.B.A. from the University of Missouri at Kansas City.
